NOT hypothyroidism!

You heard me! It seems that I have an iron defficiency and not hypothyroidism. This is so easy to fix I'm almost laughing. Taking iron. That's it. That's all I need to do, supposedly, to make sure that my energy level is back up and I am not having scary stroke-like symptoms.
So yes, this is good.

Good. Iron defficiency (sp?) is fairly common, so there must be resources to deal with it. Such as spinach. Yum. Actually, you can make excellent pasta sauces with spinach.

I looked it up and the iron in spinach is not very bioavailable so you should eat it with an iron absorptive food like strawberries. Isn't it wonderful how things work out?
